"This is a wonderful place to stay and a great base for exploring the Argyle coast. The hosts are extraordinarily nice and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay great. The place is cozy, right down the road from a lovely pub and restaurant, close to all of the Kilmartin sights, and easy to get to towns, hikes, and anything else you could want. Highly recommended."

"Enjoyed our visit to the Castle Sween as well as the Kilmory Chapel. The loop from Talbert to Killberry Castle was stunning. We had an excellent meal in Tayvallich (the mussels were huge) last night there would most definitely visit this area again"

"We all immediately felt relaxed upon walking through the door. The place just has a cozy feel. Would recommend to anyone that's looking to decompress and just hang out. You must go to Puck's Glen though, which will be more than enough exercise for your stay."

"Lovely seafront view, nice cosy spacious appartment, we came here last year and liked it so much we came back to the same place this year! It was also within walking distance for shops and places to eat so we did'nt have to drive everywhere. Hope we can come again next year!"

"Really enjoyed our stay. The host was very helpful. The location and lodge were just what we needed. The only down point was that our hot tub wasn't heated in time for our first night, as that was one of the reasons we had booked the property."

"Waterside is a stunning property in one of the most beautiful areas of Scotland. The property was well appointed and there was ample room for our family group of 8. We were blessed with great weather so enjoyed the views from the balcony. We made use of the information about the local attractions and went on the ferry to Tarbert as foot passengers (great advice), ate at Botanica at the Barn and Kames Hotel (both amazing) and spent a glorious day on Ostell Bay beach."

"I can’t praise this property enough! It has been done up to a fantastic spec, very clean, very very well equipped and everything is set out and explained very well. (I always bring extra tea towels, kitchen foil etc because most houses we stay in never have them but this place had everything). The view is amazing, and you can walk straight onto the beach. The owner was super helpful and pleasant to deal with. Thanks you for a wonderful stay!"

"Wow, what a location and house. We stayed here with 3 families and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house is located overlooking the Holy Loch and old Kilmun church. Lovely to wake up to the birds every morning. Very peaceful. The house has everything you need, full kitchen and laundry and with 3 bathrooms everyone was happy. Michael was a great host, and having made sure we were comfortably settled left us to enjoy the peace and tranquility that this part of the world offers. Saw the otter at the end of the pier on our first day and loved watching the Oyster Catchers at work on the beach. We will definitely be back."
