It is on a safe system that needs imput from the owners and a no to get the small safe to drop and reveal the key to apt. Not able to get TV or internet until landlady came on sun morning. Phone conversation was not good at all. Frequently breaking down when asking questions. No instructions at all in apt to get started. No hot water until landlady came and fixed it on the Sun morning. Showe did work hoever.. No explanation. I used kettle for a wash to get hot water..This apt is clean but instructions need to be in apt for customer use. facilities spoiled the stay for me. I would reccomend that these conditions were revied by the owners before letting out again. Certainly it is worth a complaint to the net advertisers."

"The Dairy House provided great accommodation for our family birthday celebration - 13 adults and children ages 71 to 4. Rooms big enough for us to gather together whilst still having spaces to break out - such as the games room; large bedroom and garden with seating and BBQ. Very well appointed house. Lovely view from the lounge and a short coastal walk within a few hundred metres. The property is in a residential area so we were mindful of noise. The Managing team were efficient and helpful before, during and after our stay. We would certainly consider staying again. "
