Hotel Le Château de Pierre

"Great location! But this is not a traditional hotel with staff, so, there wasn’t really a welcoming reception or connection with the staff. The receptionist English was poor. Also, there is no parking on premises, and had to find my own parking, which the single staff who was there helped me find one. The AC was barely cooling but it did the job. Having said that, it was nice that they fulfilled my request to put some rose petals on the bed as it was our wedding anniversary. The rose petals were not real and only a few of them. It was a little underwhelming. But they left a nice note, which we appreciated. Sorry my notes are all over the place take from it what you please. All in all it was an excellent location, clean room, and easy check in and out."

"This is probably the best hotel stay I have had in years. Not like your typical chain stay. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The bed was too comfortable which made it hard to leave it each morning. Super Quiet! Staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Very close to the train station. The artwork is very “cutting edge” and very much enjoyed. If we come back to Quebec City this is where we will stay."

"One of our favorite properties of all times. We have wanted to stay here for years and were finally able. It even exceeded our expectations. Hotel is beautiful. Staff is incredible from the time you arrive at the door, the front desk, to the restaurant. Location is perfect. I would have stayed as long as they would have let me."
