"Staffs are amazing and friendly, room is very clean, food is great. The only thing needs upgrading is the hair dryer, it’s a bit too small but I did realize that it’s a standard hotel hair dryer, and it’s doesn’t effect how good our experience at all. I’ll remember to bring my own hair dryer next time. 9.9 out of 10 stay, we’ll be back for sure!"

"Very nice accommodation in the perfect location to access both upper and lower towns. Everything was just a short walk, including the locations outside the city walls we wished to explore. Rooms were spacious and very quiet despite being in the heart of the tourist zone. Parking in the city hall garage was easy and less than 5 minutes from the hotel. The only pain point was the tiny bathroom sink and faucet set-up that made it challenging to wash your face. I would definitely recommend this property for cc anyone visiting Vieux Quebec and would stay there again without hesitation."

"This is a lovely hotel in a great location near Old Quebec and government buildings. The pool atrium is dramatic and gives the hotel a luxurious feel. We ate at both restaurants and found them tasty. The room and the beds were comfortable. As is so often the case, the bathroom could use a more detailed cleaning of tile and floor corners. All in all though it was a good place to stay."
