Top Rue du Cul-de-Sac Hotel Reviews
Hôtel Palace Royal Centre-Ville par JARO
10/10 Excellent
"Bien situé, très propre, lit confortable, pas bruyant. Une nuit."
"Everything from location, valet parking, check in staff, concierge, to the bar and dining, was exceptional. Looking forward to our next stay at Le Capitole!"
"Perfect location. In the middle of it all. Very helpful front desk. Very friendly staff. Loved the downstairs area: comfortable, friendly atmosphere, lots of games, excellent coffee, lovely surroundings. The room was spacious, well designed, extremely quiet. Loved the bottles of water refilled on a daily basis. That was perfect especially in this hot weather. A few crumbs were left on the floor one morning after room service and I understand and respect the desire to be eco-friendly but if a towel is left on the floor, it would be nice to replace it. All in all a perfect stay and would go back in a heartbeat"
"Loved the close proximity to everything. Very smooth check in and out process. Room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The balcony was a nice extra, definitely added to the charm."
"Saw the online reviews stating old and outdated. But did not find this to be true. Rooms were spacious and good water pressure in showers. Across from plains od abraham and really not that far to walk (or uber) to Old Quebec. Can take scenic walkway along river. Staff was nice and helpful. Ceil, the restaurant on top of this hotel, rotates 360 degrees for views of the city and Old Town. I would stay here again."
