"The staff was very kind and helpful during our stay. The room was clean and spacious for the two of us. The location was close to major attractions. The only fault is that since we were there during snow season that our room had more hooks to put our outside gear and coats. Otherwise, everything else was perfect, including our breakfasts. "

If you are in the suites you do not have immediate access to the main hotel amenities. Would have been nice to have water and coffee makers in the lounge for the suites. "

"The hotel was centrally located, a minute from the Frontenac, shopping and Notre Dame and just around the corner from café La Maison Smith which had amazing pastry and coffee. The hotel was clean with friendly staff and had a nice mix of old world and modern. We will definitely be back. "
