"We enjo.yed our stay. The cottage was in a tranqil area, but only a short drive from Porthmadog. It had every thing that we needed in a home away from home. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped and clean. The beds were very comfortable, although bedrooms were small. The lounge area is looking a little tired, the sofa and rug especially need updating. There was a lot of cobwebs throuhout with wispy spiders (which I hoovered away) . "Clean overall but feels tired and dated (appears things are in progress?) especially in the kitchen, with Mismatched crockery and glasses, blunt knives (a bit dangerous when cutting). I know that Covid has stopped a lot of things but the lack of basic things like salt & pepper is frustrating. No plastic items for outside use, always needed especially if children around. "Property as described. Excellent location by the harbour and close to town, but also very quiet. Secure parking. The property was well equipped, clean with a thorough file on the property and how to use everything available. Dog friendly and being ground floor made access easy. Would recommend and we would stay again. "

"Small double bed with very hard uncomfortable mattress. Peeling paint on bannister . Torn staircarpet. Water running all night in toilet . Broken seal on shower door . Would not recommend property for families due to staircase property just seems tired and needs attention . It did have a damp smell "

"This has a lovely view of the harbour and is great if you just want somewhere to make a coffee and use as a base between adventures.
