"The owner only sent entry instructions after i emailed the day before asking about them. Hotels.com said pets stayed for free but we were charged £7 per night. We couldn't get the shower to warm up. There were no instructions for anything in the cabin. The beds are very small doubles. Strangely there was no kettle in the lodge. It needs a lot of TLC. One positive is the setting is stunning. It's well overpriced for what you get. "

"We had a fantastic peaceful stay at the quirky Peacock Cabin, all mod cons included and very cozy. Hosts were very welcoming including the resident horses, chickens and peacocks!"
