"We stayed here in July and were very pleased with the quality and cleanliness of the house. There was plenty of room in the house and garden. It is in a nice, quiet neighbourhood, just a mile or so walk into Keswick. Hoping to come back to Fern Cottage one day!"

"Roslin is ideally situated with fantastic views. The house could be absolutely amazing if it was updated and given some much needed TLC. The view from the main bedroom could not be fully appreciated through the blown double glazed window and the old broken garden furniture was uncomfortable. The bath didn't have a plug but this was swiftly dealt with by Keswick Cottages who were very friendly, helpful and efficient."

"Fantastic little cottage....very quirky just like the description. Really enjoyed our stay. It's in a great location for the Western lakes and we enjoyed some great walks. The dogs loved swimming in Wastwater. Fantastic communication from the hosts and cottage is very well equipped. Shame the local pub wasn't doing food (waiting for a new chef to start) but enjoyed sitting out in the sunshine with a nice beer! Will definitely be staying again."
