"Beautiful area"

"group of us have been taking a week in the summer to go fishing for 15 years. We enjoy trying different places. But, this probably one of the most enjoyable trips we have taken."

"We liked the house, it fit our needs for our plans in Erie. The sunset views over the lake were spectacular. Very clean, Julie was a fast with email replies and communication. The gas fireplace on Friday night was nice while overlooking the lake in the evening. Breakfast was easy in the kitchen both mornings, it had everything we needed for the 3 of us. Well thought out layout and a lot of attention to details. My daughter loved soaking in the huge bathtub Saturday night. Sitting on the front porch looking out over the lake with coffee in the morning is a treat. We spent Saturday on the Isle, paddleboarding, kayaking, local Meadery was great. For us, just sitting on the beach and talking, catching up is important. We used the firepit to cook our Saturday night meal, we brought our own cast iron cookware and then sat around it afterwards. Checkout was easy with very clear instructions."

"I don’t have enough good things to say about our stay! This home is lovely with all of the little amenities that you could think of or want. The master bedroom was my favorite room. It’s complete with a fully adjustable bed and the most comfortable pillows and blankets. The mini library and sitting area were perfect for reading or just relaxing. It’s also where are 13-year old son came every evening to just sit and talk with mom and dad. This was the best part of our trip! The views from the balcony overlooking the water were phenomenal. I loved leaving the sliding glass door open and falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing against the shore and the breeze filling the room. The second bedroom is a bit small, but it worked for our two teenagers. Both bathrooms were fully stocked with ample towels, toiletries and extra amenities (bidet, in-shower shaving mirror, hair dryer). We also never ran out of hot water, which was a first for our family of four while traveling. The living room was very comfortable with the giant leather sofa and big screen television with various streaming services at our disposal. The dining room is situated with glass windows/doors on two sides - it was lovely to dine there and look out across the water and hear the surf. As someone who doesn’t always feel safe while traveling, the added security system put my fears at ease. This was a very appreciated feature."

"We absolutely love it here, & what a delightful surprise to find that Dave had remodeled & upgraded the one bed/one bath to two bed/two bath! It is just a gorgeous space, perfect for us. We love the fire pit in the morning, to make a fire & have our coffee & tea out there by the lake. The whole experience is so good, we've already made our reservations for next year. It's one of the highlights of our year!"
