"This was a horrible experience. We were given check in instructions 5 minutes before check in time. We called when we arrived at building and they said we had to pay tourist tax via email before we could get the rest of the check in instructions. After we paid we could not figure out how to access the key and get into apartment. Every time we called we got another representative who kept trying to tell us to check our email. Finally after talking to 5 different people, a gentleman explained...

"The property is nicely kept, great for a small family in a nice neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and a grocery store within minutes walk. Our only issue was a lot of foot traffic/talking late at night as the property is on the first floor. "

"The apartment was great! It was spacious as well as comfortable for the 4x of us. The only reason for a star deduction was the communication on checking in and for sure checking out. I did not receive the checkin link until an hour prior to check-in and it came after a bit of wrangling through WhatsApp. Communication on checking out was none existent. I just made up was was safe, fair, and effective. I tried every way to communicate with the host(s) with no answer until I was gone. The anxiety...

Stunning hotel!

"The hotel is beautiful, we had a room that opened up to a terrace and it was stunning. It was clean and the shower was lovely! It’s in a central location so close to main shopping areas. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in! Staff were really friendly as well"
