The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and toiletries, ensuring you have all you need to refresh.

The property is located in the city center, where ongoing construction in the surrounding area may cause some daytime noise.

The studio will be professionally cleaned before your arrival for your peace of mind.

It is conveniently situated within walking distance of Porto São Bento station (5 minutes) and Bolhão station (6 minutes). This central location provides easy access to public transportation, allowing guests to explore the city with ease. The area is bustling with shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions, making it an ideal base for visitors looking to immerse themselves in the vibrant atmosphere of Porto.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and bin bag.

Any intervention from a technician due to lost keys or service to open the door during the stay will be fully charged.
