The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and all essential cookware and cutlery. For added convenience, the apartment also includes a washer, clothes dryer, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The bedroom features a comfortable double bed dressed in hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep, along with ample storage space for your belongings.

The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This property is located in Vila Nova de Gaia, a peaceful area close to both the beach and the city centre of Porto. The neighbourhood combines local charm with convenience, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Within walking distance, you will find cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, and small local shops where you can experience authentic Portuguese life. Public transport connections are excellent, with several bus stops nearby, including Cerro and Rua da Praia, providing easy access to other parts of Vila Nova de Gaia and Porto.

The area is currently undergoing some light urban improvements, with new pavements and better lighting, making it even more pleasant for residents and visitors alike.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest bus stop, Agro, is just a 3-minute walk.

The nearest train station, General Torres, is just a 31-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
