Very good location, everything was very good, bed waa very comfortable, all good especially for the room rate. The concierge service and support available is first rate. Ideal for singles or couples who want to be in the city centre.

Place was alright for one night, the bed was actually really comfortable, unfortunately the place in general needs work, the smell of mildew was strong when climbing the stairs, the carpets on each floor where stained and the walls are peeling off from the humidity/moldy, the place was really small in comparison to other places I stayed in Porto, but was central enough and convenient.

Great room but on 5th floor which was an issue when we checked out as the lift had stopped working and we had to carry 2 cases down 10 flights of stairs. Other than that it was a good stay and good location.

Mystay Porto is very accessible from Sao Bento Station and it was a really big help since we have an early train ride going back to Lisbon. The room is not that big but spacious enough for small luggages. We were able to check-in as well, and we really appreciate that they did allow so. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we will surely come back.

Perfect Location, Excellent Stay

Loved the location of this small, boutique hotel - just next to the São Bento train station. We were in the perfect location to explore Porto and make a quick getaway by train. In a very central area, there are small shops nearby as well as restaurants and cafes. The room itself was clean and while small, perfectly serviceable for a few nights. Checkin and out was very easy with access via codes for entry. The hotel was surprisingly quiet for how centrally located it was. We will absolutely stay here again when we visit Porto - loved it!

At the Heart of Porto

Great place to stay. Clean and quite, with innovative check in. One struggle with the check in; the door code did not work. I had no mobile service to make calls in Europe. Fortunately, a local family member called the customer service number and resolved the issue.

This is a very basic place to stay that is close to the train station and tourist areas. There is no staff present to help you and you cannot access your room early. Only 6 lockers for luggage and all were in use. It is clean! Area is sketchy but I was told it’s safe.

Toilet seat was broken, shower head pipe was broken (had to physically hold it up straight to take a shower), property stated that I had a suite with a balcony. This was not a suite and there was no balcony - just a tiny courtyard (think jail cell). The best thing going for this place was it’s proximity to the Sao Bento Metro station and the Cathedral Se.
