Beautiful hotel overlooking the river and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful and offered a complimentary upgrade on arrival. The hotel was clean, spacious and modern with good sized rooms and amazing views. Would highly recommend!

The view from the room was amazing, I enjoyed sunrise, sunset and night view from the room. The walk to the river is like 2min away, great location, clean room and kind staff. I would definitely recommend this place and will surely come back for my next trip to Porto.

Large, modern bathroom and our room had the 5th floor full view with Balcony. The view was amazing although it was a bit cramped for two people to sit. The hotel was very conveniently located close to Ponte Luís bridge

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. When I checked in, they handed me a welcome drink, walked me to my room, gave me a tour of everything, and showed me how to use everything. The room its self was nice and spacious. It had a good desk for getting some work done. There was a great outdoor patio to sit on that felt secluded. Bathroom products (shamoo, conditioner, lotion, etc) were also very nice. AC worked very well.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Leo, who was so kind and helpful during check-in. He kindly provided detailed explanations and assistance whenever my cousin and I had questions or needed help, giving us a wonderful start to our trip. The room was extremely clean, and we loved having an unexpected balcony! I was especially touched by the breakfast, which was prepared so that we could mix rice with vegetables. Although it was a short two-night stay, I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Lisbon!
