Lovely boutique property out of the hustle bustle of the tourist area of Venice. One of a kind green garden sitting area unlike anywhere else in Venice. My husband and I loved walking everywhere from this conveniently located hotel. The host is extremely accommodating and we loved the beautiful views during our stay.

Our family of 4, 2 adults plus teenage boy and girl picked this unique place to stay for several days after researching over 200 different places. Were very glad we stayed here. We were brought by water taxi from the airport right to the front door dock and stored our luggage while the apartment was being readied. As we were only a 5 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge and Grand Canal we took a stroll there for a nice breakfast and returned at noon. To our surprise our luggage was already in the...

We had a fantastic stay at Residenza Ducato! The apartment is brand new and beautifully designed. The bathroom is floor to ceiling marble with a high-tech multi-functional rain shower... it was heaven! The apartment also has several dual USA and Euro outlets which was very helpful as we were a group of 5 American women with lots of beauty gadgets! The air conditioning worked very well, it was hot outside so we were relieved to have a good system. Only cons were there were a few fixtures...

The Property is at a very good place. Highly accessable from the main car and bus stand of Venice city. Only a 3-4 minutes walk from the Palazzo Roma Staion and bus stop. The view is very nice and apartment is very good too. The dineware is also beautiful and everything of need is present in the apartment. Moreover you can walk to St Marks Square and Doges Palace from the apartment it may take 20-30 minutes but you will see the true venice in the way as you pass through lanes and cross bridges.

A great hotel in Venice for a decent price. It is well located and the directions to get there couldn't have been better. Ludovica is an excellent hostess, she helped us figuring out how to move around in Venice, etc. My husband loved it ! :)

This place is located about 50 meters from San Marco Square. Food galore, walk everywhere and enjoy all Venice has to offer with a perfect home base.

Very secure location, apartment was spacious, a lot of snacks, water, sweets waited for us. Check in was easy, locked box for the keys. Communication with Mrs Meda was seamless. We left behind a wires and she messaged immediately- we recovered it quickly! Thank you so much for the hospitality. We will return as we have family in town.
