Our stay here was amazing. The staff, the cleanliness, the size of our room, the location was all top notch. We had a first floor room with a canal view and watched the gondolas go by our windows - beautiful! It was very close to the Rialto area but did not have all the busyness of that area. I would highly recommend this property!

Quiet but in the heart of Venice. Easy to get to all the good spots and also near good local bars/restaurants. Far enough away from big tourist strips so you don’t get the noise but within 1-2 minute walk.

The area and staff were great! Check-in instructions were clear and easy. The only issue was the noise — even with closed windows and doors, we could still hear it from outside. Reception staff were lovely, room was clean and comfortable and within walking distance to everything. Be wary though that even though the property states it’s air conditioned, you are not able to use the air conditioning - they take the remotes away when they don’t believe it is hot enough to require air con. We also had the canal view room, it’s very pretty but it’s also where the garbage boats dock to collect rubbish in the area so from about 6.30am - it becomes quite loud.

Great location with easy access to major sites. At boat dock so a water taxi was a wonderful option for us too. The apartment was very clean and had what we needed for a comfortable stay.
