Great location, near everything but not too close.
Large rooms, staff keeps the pace spotless, friendly staff, pool and multiple hot tubs,adequate but less than average breakfast.

Nao confie nas fotos dos quartos. Primeiro, tentaram nos colocar num quarto escuro e apertadíssimo. Não aceitamos. Ficamos em outro perto da recepção em que o barulho era constante. Teias de aranha no banheiro.

Hotel compensa pela localização.
Ficamos num quarto que não tinha janelas, apenas uma grande porta. Então não podíamos usar pois quem passase veria nosso quarto. Tivemos problemas com o ar condicionando, mas os funcionários foram solícitos em resolver. O secador era compartilhado na recepção, o que era chato pois toda vez que fosse preciso teríamos que ir à recepção. A psicina era pequena, a hidro apenas 20min MAS SE VOCÊ QUER UM HOTEL PERTO DO CENTRO com um preço justo e não utilizar a estrutura esse é seu lugar. Fizemos tudo a pé, próximo de tudo do centro. O único transporte que pegará é para ir para a praia. Recomendo a estadia pelos funcionários e proximidade com a passarela.

Fiquei hospedado no Hotel Terra Brasil de 19 a 27 de Janeiro de 2024, e vamos às considerações… Se vc quer uma acomodação que seja bem próxima à passarela do Álcool, a mercados, farmácias e restaurantes, esse é o lugar, mas não espere conforto nem de longe… Vou começar pelos pontos positivos: * Próximo ao centro * ⁠Atendentes solícitos * ⁠café da manhã variado * boa opção dos agendamentos das Jaccuzzis para os quartos Pontos negativos (se preparem, são vários) * Quartos pequenos e com cheiro de mofo * ⁠Não tem espaço para colocar as malas (ou vc as deixa no chão, que foi o nosso caso, ou coloca em uma cama extra, que foi o caso do pessoal q estava viajando com a gente) * ⁠Banheiro com água de reuso, o que deixa um cheiro muito ruim no banheiro (compramos, por opção produtos de limpeza no mercado para amenizar o odor) * ⁠Lençóis finos (sem ter um edredom ou algo do tipo para se cobrir) * ⁠pisos velhos * ⁠uma varandinha meia boca que da vista para a parede ( totalmente desnecessária, podiam ter aumentado o quarto colocando uma bancada para as malas) * ⁠Ar condicionado que deu defeito - Tivemos que trocar de quarto pois o q estávamos (e que era maior, com a cama extra) deu defeito, aí fomos alocados no quarto menor com ar funcionando, pelo menos. * ⁠Muitas quedas de luz (parece ser comum da cidade)

Não recomendo - péssimo custo benefício.
Sem dúvidas, o pior custo benefício que já tive. Paguei mais de 700 reais na diária. Chegando no hotel, a recepção estava um caos, com umas 30 pessoas com dezenas de malas espalhadas e aguardando checkin. Um verdadeiro caos e gritaria, com os funcionários berrando o nome das pessoas no saguão. Chegada a minha vez, quis adicionar duas pessoas ao meu quarto, e quiseram me cobrar mais 680 reais para isso, sendo que o quarto tinha 4 camas e eu estava sozinho incialmente. Achei a postura do hotel oportunista, exploradora e nada amigável. Meus amigos acabaram pagando uma diária em outro hotel. Sobre as instalações: tudo bem velho, dos acabamentos até o mobiliário. Não recomendo este hotel em hipótese alguma.
