"The location was fantastic. The property was located right off the train station. The access to the apartment key was easy, and we were greeted by the rental company where we were escorted to the apartment. There were a a lot of stairs however, to get the view from our balcony was well worth it . "

"The location of the property in Vernazza was great, just off the main street so quiet at night but very accessible. Great caffes nearby and easy access to the coastal hiking trails.

"Great location. No too far from train station but bit of a walk from car parking. Make sure your luggage is on wheels. The room is clean and located near shopping and restaurants."

"The property is conveniently located, but it is extremely small. I couldn’t even turn around in the shower. Also, it is very noisy. On one of the days we stayed there, there was a concert right below the unit’s balcony and it lasted very late during the night, which made it very hard for us to sleep. "

"Great location next the downtown area of Vernazza but off the street and minimal walking to access the accommodation. The stairs down from the loft bedroom is steep in case you have mobility issues. The sofa bed is within comfortability expectations. They very generously provided a welcome bottle of proseco and the studio had coffee and tea, pastries and biscuits. Perfect for our one night stay. "Right above bars and restaurants which are not mentioned in descriptions. Beds very uncomfortable. European induction stove was difficult to use. Would not stay there again"

"Aucun contact humain avec l agence de location.
Beaucoup de mails pour emprunte de cb et debit de la caution, scan des passeports de chaque résident, boite a cles facile à trouver mais l entree de l appart est mal decrite et compliquée a trouver..
Sinon, Logement correcte , un peu bruyant (entree de l immeuble, appart mal isole phonétiquement...).
Volet sejour ne fonctionnait pas correctement. "

"Wonderful location. Typical Italian villa setting. If you are from an area where A/C is standard, be aware that this place does not have it. There is a fan and you can open the windows, though the noise from the street below could be bothersome. The clothesline was awesome. "

"The area is amazing. The place was large enough for the five of us, two parents traveling with three teenagers. The air-conditioning worked great.
The only thing I did not like was the swimming in Vernazza…. Kind of murky and smelly. But, the apartment is awesome.

"Attentive staff, parking is difficult in the area and the fact they offered local parking for an extra fee was well worth it. The view from our room was breathtaking. "
"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute apartment! Location was PERFECT; comfortable and well equipped. So close to the water, park, restaurants, neighborhood grocery store, bus stop for La Spezia and Portovenere (ferry to Cinque Terre). Fezzano locals so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Host was very accommodating. Grazie, Clemente! Only the one note/word to the wise: if you are staying towards the last week of the month, as we did, you may not have WIFI since evidently there is a 1GB/day limit with a total cap for the month...then it just doesn't work if prior guest have already maxed out the allocation. We just did not plan well by having all apps needed/downloaded beforehand."
"What a town. Booked thinking this would be a good base for visiting the Cinque Terre but never actually made it. Fell a bit ill and just wanted to stay out for a bit. This town is so lovely. The most amazing 360 degree views I've ever seen. This hotel was as equally as lovely. Our breakfast was included, which was great. Small but comfortable room. We had the sea view with a balcony and that really made the stay. The view was quite picturesque. The hotel couldn't have been in a better spot "
Bouganville Portovenere – Beachfront – Invaluable Landing stage on the sea
10/10 Excellent
"What a fantastic place to stay for a holiday! The location was great, the views incredible, and the platform into the sea was such a fantastic bonus. My husband and I stayed there with our two adult children, and it felt like there was enough room for all of us, especially when the weather was nice enough to use the outside seating. We felt really well looked after at check in and knew we could get in touch if there was a problem. We didn't have a car and found the location perfectly acceptable, even with the return walk up a hill after a night out. We would definitely recommend this accommodation, lovely place, well equipped kitchen and lovely people. Thank you :)"
VILLACASTELLOPORTOVENERE WITH LARGE GARDEN AND MEMORABLE SEA VIEW
10/10 Excellent
"Truly magical and breathtaking in every way! From the moment we arrived with Paola meeting us at the car park and escorting us through the charming medieval village, up the steep cliffside hill to our own slice of heaven at the foot of the castle, we felt as though we had been transported to another time and place more beautiful anything we could have imagined. The view of the Gulf of Poets was made more gorgeous by the storm clouds and sun bursting through. Paola was gracious in offering to extend our checkout time since it the weather had been inclement and in retrospect, we wish we would have stayed rather than leaving early to visit Cinque Terre. We all agreed PortaVenere was far more enchanting than any of the crowded villages of Cinque Terre. "
