"Actual hotel parking was very limited so had to park in b and q nearby but the hotel staff explained it was monitored by shared cameras. Had some fun with the keys but the hotel staff were amazing in sorting daft keys out with a smile. One gentleman in particular though sadly I forget his name, was so lovely and kind. It was ok to have a takeaway delivered. Ok to bring in food. Very quiet with windows closed. Climate control kept a steady temperature. For the price and what it was I could not fault it."

"Great location. Loved that our family room was actually 2 bedrooms, but the double bed was small and too soft, fine for 1 person but awful for 2. Biggest annoyance was about the pool/spa as that was the reason we had booked that hotel. I called before our stay to find out if we needed to book a slot to use the pool, I was told no but that the pool closed at 8pm. At check in we were told we could pick up towels and a keycard at reception for the pool, which I replied we'd be down in about 10 minutes to go swimming. We turned up in our swimming costumes to be told we couldn't use the pool until 3pm due to a toddlers swimming lesson. So we waited 40 minutes, only to then be told we couldn't use the pool until 3:30pm. When we eventually got in it was to find that the sauna and jacuzzi weren't operational. We were on a tight time schedule, so wasting 90 minutes was highly annoying especially as reception had so many opportunities to give us the correct info and let us know the spa facilities weren't working."

"We stayed the one night as we were getting the ferry the next day, we checked into our room only to find the TV wouldn't work, the staff moved us to the room next door promptly, thus saving me having to talk to my good wife if the TV didnt work. the pool was good to unwind after a long drive."

"Me and my wife really enjoyed our last minute stay here the gentleman that checked us in was really friendly showed us to our room made sure we had everything we needed , the spa bath for two was and added bonus , the only thing that let it down was the room looked a little tired cracks in the walls paint coming off but this did not effect the stay and will definitely be back"
