"The owner of the house, Derek, was very helpful in answering all our questions about the area. He was happy to provide transportation from W95 airport to the house for our arrival and departure. At the house, you have access to a 4 person golf cart and bikes to help you get around the village part of the island. We used both and it was great! The house is exactly as the pictures show and what is written. Comfortable beds and fantastic screened in porches to relax with a bench swing. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need during your stay, including a grill on the front porch and grill tools. This neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet. A great place to have a family vacation for our first visit to Ocracoke. We will definitely be back and hope to stay here again!"

"Property is on a busy street because it is a main thoroughfare fare to the ferry to swan and cedar island. Place is convenient and walking distance to several restaurants and docks. The lights on the passage way are really bright and no way to darken the room because of the curtains. They are very pet friendly."
