"5 stars is an understatement. JJ, Marie, and James make Cul-Erg House what it is: an absolute gem. They are warm, kind, professional, and passionate. These values translate into their bed and breakfast. We had outstanding food. Their Irish breakfast and smoked salmon scrambles are all locally sourced and delicious. I learned about wheaten bread from James and haven’t had one that could rival Cul-Erg’s homemade version. Marie is a mighty cook. JJ was a steady presence throughout our stay and was always there when we had a question or needed a recommendation for the area. This place is a must stay. "

"As always, this was my favourite place to stay during my trip. Canadian/Irish citizen, moving to Portrush, so having a place to get to know the area that's right in town is essential. The renovations are incredibly well done and the new beds are the coziest mattresses I've ever slept on. The staff, top notch. Super friendly and helpful. I was so tired checking in, I left my luggage beside the reception. Within seconds of entering my room, someone was at the door. With my bags and a huge smile. Thank you greatly Portrush Atlantic.
