"Location was adjacent to Rio Nervion and the pedestrian bridge for quick access into Bilbao. We arrived early from an overnight flight from the U.S., and the front desk staff were able to accommodate us with an upgrade (small fee) to a larger suite so we could get some sleep! Room was well appointed and the breakfast was very nice."
