"Everything was perfect. The owners were so welcoming. Our accommodations were very clean and well kept. The grounds were spotless and gorgeous."

"The towels were yellow and dingy and I felt very uneasy using it as I felt it’s unsanitary. The shower turn-on & off knobs were broken. A Clerk tried to fix it but was unsuccessful. She made me feel I caused it. I had to call her twice to have them fixed. It took a while for her to respond to the room to fix them. Finally after a while she decided to change my room. The TV remote did not work either!! The heater fan was so loud, I couldn’t sleep all night!!! It was just awful !! The room had no coffee in the newly changed room!!! The broken soap holder in the shower with nothing that I can see so I assume I get no shampoo, conditioner, or the body soap. After I got out of shower, I found the bottles on the kitchen area counter!!! The room was so cold so I had to put the heater on but the fan was so loud that I couldn’t sleep. I will not make a reservation at this hotel. "

"The room needs help. I know the owner is trying to renovate but our room didn't get anything done yet I guess. The door needs weather stripping, light and cold came threw it. The tiny refrigerator the door wouldn't close tight. I know they are trying. It was as clean as could be but extremely worn down. 😔😔"
