"We had stayed here last year. Sadly I left a poor review when we left. However, this year we made a similar trip. Originally on this trip I had only booked this hotel for the two days I couldn't stay elsewhere. However, let me say we are now going to stay here for the remainder of our 11 day trip. This experience is directly opposite from last year. This year our room was spotless and smelled fresh when we arrived. The staff were so friendly and professional.
