"Our room was very nice and clean. But what really made this a great experience was the staff. Everyone was so nice and kind. They went out of their way to make us comfortable and have a great stay. Definitely recommend this hotel."

"The staff was exceptional. Our luggage was lost in transit, and they provided us with essential supplies to accomodate. Also the family lounge had fresh bakery and snacks for kids and a variety of premium liquor for adults. However, the room had a leaking AC and instead of fixing it, they just put the rug on the floor where it was dripping. The kids also saw a cocorach in the bathroom, we told them you have to be understanding of nature when you live among it. And, the kids' robes were too small for kids; looked like they were made for a 2 year old. Other than that, the food was great, and the stay was enjoyable."
