This place was paradise! Exactly what we needed on our adventure filled vacation. Perfect distance away from tamarindo town and the beach. Easily walkable and the pool was to die for! I would 100% come back and have even talked about making this my bachelorette hotel and trip in the future!! So pleased with everything, highly highly recommend

This place was just like the pictures. There is a little bit of walking to get to the the restaurants and beach but nothing crazy. It is quiet and well lit at night. Pool is a dream, kitchen is available to all visitors but thankfully we did not have much visitors with us so it was perfect the time we went.

The rooms were spotless and the cleaning staff were awesome! They were up cleaning the entire place every morning. Very nice, intimate hotel. Only 10 rooms, which made it perfect, not overcrowded. Owner was quick to respond to any messages and concerns. Location was also great...a few minutes to the beach and many restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at El Patio exceeded our expectations. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the property was simple to find. It's located in a quiet area just beyond the shops and restaurants of Tamarindo, making it peaceful while still being conveniently close to everything. Our room and bathroom were very clean and exactly as pictured online. We stayed in a second-floor room with a charming balcony overlooking the pool, which was a lovely place to relax. The highlight of the property was definitely the pool area. The sparkling blue water, comfortable canopy daybeds, and beautifully maintained outdoor space created a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. Everything was exceptionally clean and well cared for. The housekeeping staff was friendly, hardworking, and clearly took pride in maintaining the property. I only stayed one night, but genuinely wished I had booked a longer stay. I would happily return and highly recommend El Patio to anyone visiting Tamarindo.
