"I loved my stay at Ten North Tamarindo. It is conveniently located across from a supermarket, a block from the best nightlife, and a block from the beach. It was very quiet at night. The pool is great for cooling off during the day. The room was spotless and everything worked well. The staff is very friendly and responsive. Great coffee every morning and VERY cold filtered water for filling your bottle."

"Staff was incredible. Everyone we encountered was very friendly, helpful, and kind which had a very positive impact on our stay. Location isnt ideal do to being on a hill at a relatively far distance from the beach but also made for a great view for the sunsets. The shuttle did help alleviate this issue and ubers were pretty cheap as well. Included breakfast was ok and what you would expect for a hotel breakfast. "

"Ocho is an incredible hotel!! Beautiful rooms with waterfall shower, large tub and beautifully decorated. Beachfront lounge chairs, a pool with view of the ocean and such wonderful service. I felt so welcome and taken care of even before I arrived. It’s a place to unwind and let go!"

"Very happy with our stay at Occidental Tamarindo! First, the staff, I’ve never felt so welcomed any where else. Plenty of food and drinks. Clean rooms and facility in general. Entertainment team made a huge effort every single night and was really appreciated by us. They go above and beyond in every show with whatever resources they have. Special mention to the tours desk in the hotel with Sibü Tours! Yusi is amazing and very personal in every interaction. The best driver ever, Manrique, is all you need when looking for a friend in an unknown destination! He’s our friend now! Francisco, the guide, was fun, friendly and informative (5 stars), and Don Diego the big boss, a very humble, pleasant and friendly guy. Such a great team! We’re already planning to go to Occidental again!"

"Très bien situé, juste en face de la plage et dans la section surf!! L’hôtel offre des planches de surf et des cours avec un moniteur au besoin. La piscine était chaude et les chaises confortables. La chambre était propre et grande avec une cuisine bien équipée. C’était vraiment parfait!"
