Das Haus, vor allem die Küche, ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten rund ums Haus, erlauben immer den passenden Platz zu finden. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön. Auch mit Hund perfekt geeignet. Spaziergänge und Wanderungen ab Haus möglich. Teilweise über die Ministräßlein, was aber aufgrund des geringen Verkehrs kein Problem...
