"Pros
1. Location at Saldanha very well connected.
2. Staff are accommodating & helpful and checkin and checkout was superfast & hassle free
3. Pool & gym facilities.
4. Room was very large and 3 of us had lots of space for bags & moving around.
5. Modern apartment & amenities, don't need to worry. Irons provided and coffee maker was a welcome addition after a long flight.
6. Watched WC matches at the bar.
7. Close to Saldana Atrium mall so welcome relief from heat & diverse food options.
Cons:
1. Sound insulation is poor. So as we had a road facing room on 3rd floor, Sounds of traffic and sirens of ambulance, police & fire brigade. Neighbour's door closing can be heard.
2. Air-conditioning is aircooling which was weak & we struggled to sleep well initially. But during the day the room was unbearable & hot . Staff offered kindly to change rooms but we were there for a short stay, so didn't want to inconvenience them. The hotter weather didn't help. Aircon controlled via TV app.
Overall good experience. Ear plugs are must for road facing rooms as size is brilliant. The showers & loo are semi transparent with partially frosted glass incase anyone is uncomfortable on privacy issues. Thank you to the staff!"
