Personally, I was happy with the room but 2 things some might find annoying: no fridge or coffee facilities in the rooms (orvin lobby - available for a price st the bar!); and the tv was tiny and with no international channels. But hey, I didn't come to Prague to watch TV! Oh, one other thing: at weekend the hotel is full of obnoxious, drunk and very loud Brits and Irish 'boys' on stag weekends. "Fantastic stay at Mosaic, room was perfect for us, enough space and amenities. Location is fantastic, you can walk to all main tourist places or jump on a tram, but is far away enough from old town to be out of the main area. Has free bicycles to use which was a great option to go outside Prague centre. Great hotel, great area and good value for lownt"

"I enjoyed my stay in the Hermitage. Very stylish, friendly yet professional staff, spacious age nice decor in the room, small but useful gym with quality equipment. It has a nice bar though they could do with adding staff on at busy weekend times. The two who were on when I was there were run off their feet!"
