( 2 letters and numbers usually ) but expedia does not send the code and the hotel does not check if you have a reservation from expedia. So, we did not have a code to enter and where lucky enough to have someone who works there arrive. So, you need a code to enter the building and a special code to get your key and go in which is sent by text messages. "
