I booked this hotel based on ratings on Expedia and Tripadvisor. When I arrived, I was greeted with drinks and a tour of the hotel, as well as a detail introduction of attractions and activities in Prague. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on a hill that looks down on the picturesque view of old town Prague. From the hotel, most attractions are within 20-30 min walking distance. What a wonderful hotel! We would definitely stay here again, and we've already recommended the hotel to others. Beyond the welcoming and informed staff, the comfortable room, and the delicious food, we truly enjoyed the impressive art. Loved the music theme and had a great time trying to guess the various artists.

Loved this property! Three bedroom unit with washer, air conditioning in each bedroom, 2 1/2 baths. There isn't an elevator, but it is safe, comfortable, clean, and the staff is lovely. Easy walk to Charles Bridge and old town or up to the Castle. Cost was comparable to booking two normal hotel rooms at another location. So glad we chose this location.

The Augustine is the nicest hotel we've ever stayed at. It was exceptionally quiet, clean and luxurious. I'm glad we splurged on this one! We didn't eat at the restaurant, choosing instead to walk a few blocks to the local cafes and shops, so I don't know about the quality of the food. Overall, a wonderful experience.

This was by far the best hotel experience I’ve had in the last few years, having stayed in hotels an average of 100 days per year. The location in Prague is ideal for sight seeing and the staff, services and amenities were superb. Before staying here, I visited the restaurant due to its fantastic food and views before giving the hotel itself a try. I can’t wait to come back.

The hotel is in a great location that is easily accessible to many landmarks. Staff is courteous and very professional. Room was immaculate and housekeeping was great. I wouldn’t think twice about staying here again. Excellent hotel.

I love this hotel, I stay here every time I come to Prague and am always blown away by how kind the staff is. Central to all Prague has to offer too. Definitely stay here if you’re planning a trip!

This is the kind of hotel that does something else. That makes you feel like home. They gave a gift to my little kid. They left wine and dessert as welcome. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. I would definitevly recommend it and would go back again for sure.

Pros: Best location in the city. Beds are extremely comfortable. Service is flawless - above and beyond. Cons: No rooftop terrace. No airport transport or breakfast included, which would be nice considering the price (but still definitely worth it). Tip: Take the Four Seasons river boat tour. 1hr with champagne, only $35 Euro per person. Great guide and you share the boat with only 8 others.

An elegant hotel in the perfect location. The room was outstanding in every way -- high-end design and furnishings. Great location in the heart of the Old Town but in a quiet nook away from tourist traffic. Warm, attentive staff, from receptionists to breakfast crew. We loved everything about this hotel from the staff to the lovely, impeccably clean rooms to the fantastic breakfast spread. The rooms are large and stylish with lots of storage space, and the bathrooms are huge with a large bathtub and separate shower. The front desk staff were always tremendously helpful and friendly, as were the breakfast staff and all of the other staff at the hotel. We loved everything about The Mark and would definitely stay there again. The rooms were beautifully decorated - good quality. Enjoyed the kitchenette with Nespresso coffee machines and that they didn't charge for water everyday! Very friendly staff and the food was excellent!
