"The hotel location is good close to the old town about 7 minutes walk and to the metro station. The hotel rooms some are renovated others are old. Check in and out was quick but staff is not friendly no welcoming words and no smile at all. No phone numbers for the house keeping and room service on the room’phone. Every time we have to call the reception and when they are busy you got no answer. Some will take your order some receptionist will refuse and transfer you. So Inconvenient. "

"The interior design of the property is good. The tram stop is just opposite to the hotel. It is very convenient to many places in Prague. The surrounding areas are good. We have tried a couple of restaurants near the hotels. The foods were tasty and services were good. The prices were reasonable. They were good value. "
