"Não foi boa. O quarto não era confortável, estava sujo, as camas eram duras e com colchão manchado. A única vista que tinha do quarto era para o telhado e uma poça de água acumulada na lateral. Inclusive, entrei em contato com hotéis.com para pedir um reembolso e trocar de hotel e não atenderam minha solicitação. Única coisa boa do hotel foi o atendimento, os funcionários são maravilhosos. "
