"What can I say about Hotel II Pino? It was magnificent-I now know what a celebrity feels like because that is how my wife and I were treated during our stay. Being first time travelers to Rome, we began our journey by reaching out to the staff with MANY questions. Mario and Rosa always answered quickly, precise and never made us feel not smart. They arranged a driver for us from the airport, who was waiting at the airport exit right on time. Following our ride, we checked in to our room, which was ready (2 hours before check-in time!!) The room was exactly what the pictures on their website represented-Beautifully decorated with an amazing balcony/terrace which had a table for outdoor eating and two layout chairs, which we used often!! The room was also extremely clean and well equipped with all types of toiletries, towels (both bathing and beach), and numerous other amenities. Even though Hotel Pino is a beautiful hotel with amazing amenities, what sets in apart from any other hotel is the staff!! Like I said earlier Rosa and Mario are a wealth of knowledge and have the greatest ideas for excursions, restaurants, and shopping. They are also excellent helping you with transportation (we actually took the local bus!!) Every day, you are greeted in the dining room by Beatrix and Guido who serves up an amazing breakfast and delicious drinks! They are the two of the sweetest people you will ever meet. We will definitely be returning guest because now we feel like family"

"Villa Gianlica was one of the highlights of our two week trip to Italy. We stayed in a terrace room (#10) and loved the ocean view and private terrace. Marika in reception was wonderful to us throughout our stay. Breakfast was perfect. The pool and breakfast area are beautiful with amazing views. This hotel is a hidden gem in Praiano with easy access to Positano and Amalfi."
