Loved this place. The views from floor -3 and up are epic. The Pub and breakfast staff are amazing, but especially Nico and Josefina. All of the women at the front desk are especially helpful. The only con was that a bees nest was hidden in the panels outside our windows and there are no a/c or screens (nets) so we had to pick stuffy room or several bees. We moved rooms later in the stay and had zero issues with this however.

Our favorite hotel in Andorra, quiet and a great value. The rooms are modern with high quality decor. The location is centric but hotel parking is limited and tight. Public parking is 2 minutes walk away and spacious. We stayed here numerous times and will come back soon.

Amazing location amzing staff all and so clean and the room better then expected I’ll definitely make a visit same place

Nice hotel located out of the hustle and rush of Andorra. Restaurant food was good and front desk staff was helpful. One negative thing that did occur is after dinner, we sat in the bar area at one of the tables. Not a soul approached to offer service, which we found to be quite disheartening considering the experience up to that point. After waiting 25 minutes, and simply being stared by the staff, we just went to our room.

Didn’t have much of a Mountain View, but the room was spacious and perfect! They had champagne and snacks in my room. The staff was first class. Food in the restaurant was amazing!! Just perfect!!!

Simply amazing place! Location - unbeatable. Cliffs to the mountains are right outside your window. Canillo is small, walkable, and near a ton of hiking, skiing, or natural beauty in general. Room - excellent. Spacious, with comfortable beds, deep and comfy bathtub, mini-fridge. While Andorra isn't nearly as hot as most of Europe in a heatwave, we welcomed air conditioning that could always keep up with necessary cooling. Parking - great. Costs a surcharge, but super convenient, safe, onsite,...

At first when looking at the stairs going up and no sign of a ramp or elevator. I thought this was going to be a problem for two people in our party. After climbing the stairs and taking with the lady at front desk. Was told there was an elevator in the basement that was easy to get to with a wheelchair. A day later I talk with a maintenance person if he could come up with a step for my best friend to step up into a rental van. Later that day he came by with a simple but great idea. He had...

Superbe hôtel. Le personnel est aux petits soins et la propreté de la chambre impeccable. Je recommande…..

View was amazing! Staff was very friendly and the hotel was close to activities but yet far enough away to make you feel secluded.

Room clean . Breakfast was excellent. No parking have to use a lot and pay.

leuke uitbaters die alles in het werk stellen om uw verblijf zo leuk mogelijk te maken we konden onze motor netjes in de garage zetten waar toch plaats was voor een 5 à 6 tal motoren properen badkamer al met al een leuk verblijf

The staff were fantastic. Luis in the reception, Aroa and Diego from the bar and breakfast areas were helpful, friendly, and professional. We loved Andorra so much, we extended our stay two additional nights. We highly recommend Abba Xalet.

Beautiful property with an amazing location across from the gondola. Easy walking to restaurants and bars. The staff was excellent and attentive. The only issue is the lack of spa on property. Guests must use and pay for the wellness spa at the adjoining hotel.

Restaurants were incredible on site! Room was amazing!
