2/10 Terrible

"Our room was incredibly hot, the AC was running but blowing hot air. The staff was not helpful in assisting with the AC or providing a fan. We requested a new room, the staff said multiple times “they are all the same” but allowed us to try another room. The room was marginally better than the previous one but still miserable to sleep in. (Still quite hot) we opened the window for a good portion of the night but there is a loud bar below. Beds were uncomfortable and our room had the previous persons makeup in the cabinet and mold in the corner of the shower. It’s way cheaper than staying in Venice, and the train station is right around the corner so that is a plus. However think about how much sleeping in cold room after being in the hot sun matters to you while on vacation!"

"Lovely hotel tucked away in a small town not far from Venice. The grounds are beautiful and quiet. The restaurant attached to the hotel is delicious and the staff was friendly. The only thing is keep in mind that the train station Quarto D’Altino is not a walkable distance to the hotel, so you will need to get a taxi from the station to the hotel which can be hard to come by."

"The hotel was beautiful- pristinely clean and well maintained. It was very conveniently situated near to Treviso with the city centre, railway and bus stations a 20 minute walk away or a €11 taxi ride. On site parking was a bonus and the hotel is situated conveniently for access to major roads. Staff were helpful and efficient - room was ready even though we arrived early. The room was spotless - cleaned every day and toiletries, water, coffees replenished. Must give a special mention to our cleaning lady who was very friendly and delightful as well as cleaning to a very high standard. The spa facilities were very good and we enjoyed a morning there when the weather was poor and felt rejuvenated after many days walking/ climbing in the mountains. Breakfast was offered in a generous time slot of 7am-10am and whilst busy was always good and varied, special dietary requirements seemed to be catered for with gluten free and vegetarian/vegan options available, if a little limited. Evening meal at the restaurant was absolutely superb - beautifully presented, served well and tasting delicious, very good value for money too. Thoroughly enjoyed, all round good experience and should I ever return to Treviso would book to stay again."

"My flight got cancelled and were able to get room , hotel is 10 minutes away from airport. Staff was very helpful to arranged taxi for us. Room was very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and clean. Price was also very reasonable. Highly recommended if wants to stay near airport."

"An excellent stay in Treviso! This room exceeded my expectations! It was clean well appointed with a very clean and accessible, shower and bathroom. I love the woodwork and the ability to look out over the square. I had a challenging time trying to find it, but the staff bent over backwards to meet me and help me find a place where I can park and stay. This place is walking distance to the old city, and I enjoyed some great walks, seeing the canals of Treviso and an excellent pizza dinner. For any future travelers, I would greatly recommend this place. As you come into the older city, you will pass a older wooden bridge over the river. Immediately there is a small cobblestone street that I would suggest you turn right and go down that street and then park at the back initially. The apartment then is around the corner in the small square. You can buzz for them to come down and let you in and get a parking pass for a parking lot just across the river on the other side of a very short distance distance away. Nevertheless, the staff was absolutely tremendous and incredibly helpful and I thank them profusely for going that extra mile for me. Thank you again for an incredible stay."
