"Lovely find between Morcote and Lugano. Shuttle bus collected us from Lugano train station for an our 2 night stay. We had a very large room overlooking the lake. Everything was clean and well looked after. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk to Morcote or a bus/shuttle ride away from Lugano. The spa and restaurant were also of high quality. "

We didn't eat dinner at the restaurant there, but the breakfast and the servers were outstanding. The hotel is walking distance to the city center where all the shops and restaurants are. The view of the lake from our room was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. You can't go wrong. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The food was great. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We loved our room since it had a beautiful view of the city and lake. It had a kitchen with a full size fridge, but unfortunately pots, pans and utensils were not included. We highly recommend this hotel, and whenever we are in Lugano we will definitely stay here. Our kids enjoyed themselves as well. Thank you for a wonderful, and pleasant stay! Arrivederci. "
