"This is a great little hotel! We loved the location and the surrounding areas were within reach to visit many places. The staff was very nice and loved there were snacks in the lobby. We did laundry there at the end of our first week and my only complaint was the dryer only went 40 minutes so our clothes were still a tad damp at the end. Otherwise, it was a great stay. "Great service from check in to check out. Staff welcoming and attentive. Stayed in a king room on the club level and did not regret it. Hotel location perfect. A street level pediatrician bridge next to the building takes you to Taipei Main Station and in the other direction (next door) is Q Square mall which is also connected to the bus station and MRT (but a bit of a walk underground). I read from other reviews about the hotel being dark and it is (hallways, lobby, dining area) but for me, it just made the stay more special. "
