"Bed and pillows were comfy. It was quiet. The office staff were friendly. We had our cat with us and they accommodated us quite nicely. They gave us a coupon for breakfast at the McDonald’s next door. A drink plus an McMuffin. Our bathroom door had a broken hinge so it was difficult to close the door. That was our only complaint."
