"A really lovely stay at the Derby Arms. The room was fantastic – modern, comfortable and very well equipped, with all the amenities you could want. The bed was particularly comfortable and I had a great night’s sleep. I didn’t get the chance to eat there, unfortunately, but the menu looked excellent and definitely made me wish I’d had more time. A great combination of a traditional country pub and a comfortable, modern place to stay. I’d happily stay again – and next time I’ll make sure I try...

"Great accommodation a short walk from the train station and town centre in Preston. It had a homely feel and felt private, with a good level of cleanliness. It was easy to contact the host, who clearly cared about us having a good stay. Would return!"

"Only stayed one night but we were very happy with all the facilities and breakfast. Spacious room with small table and 2 easy chairs. Large shower with toiletries provided. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Will stay again when in the area."
