"This property was unacceptable. First of all, it's on the bottom/basement level of an apartment building and quite difficult to access due to steep and uneven walkways. But that would be easy to look past if the space itself looked and felt even remotely as advertised. When we walked in, it smelled bad, and we soon found out why. There were fresh coffee stains on the counter, dirty dishes (old cereal) in the sink, used and wet towels in the kitchen and bathroom, and the floors were filthy. The...

The location was convenient for accessing the light rail, driving into the city center, & getting to & from the airport; grocery stores, etc were also nearby. "This place is in a wonderful location and so close to downtown Kirkland. If you are a walker or runner it is so close to the Cross Kirkland Corridor trail. This place was very very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. Clean up was easy and not demanding like other places. Helen, the hostess was excellent in returning any answers to questions quickly. Would definitely be back!"

"It was a very nice unit. The family that lives above the unit is fairly loud. We had to time our sleeping around them. There is also very limited parking. Lastly, the entrance is fairly dark and it can be hard to get the front door opened. "
