The condo was just as portrayed; clean, and an impressively high ceiling with roominess in the living room and kitchen. We enjoyed the balcony and parking spot as well. The outside area was nice and close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the individual we were there to visit.
I stayed here with my best friend for a little trip to Seattle and we loved it! Great location, closer to everything, everything you need in the space and easy check in and check out! Would stay here again and would recommend to others!
Lovely apartment in a secure building. Walkable neighborhood, very close to groceries, restaurants and public transit.We especially enjoyed the gas fireplace on chilly mornings. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful location and cute loft.
The loft is well located in Capitol Hill. Its within walking distance to so many great bars and restaurants. The proximity to the bus stops are also great to get around if you don't have a car.

Great Location and Clean Apartment!
This is large Studio apartment in a very safe and walkable part of town. There was plenty to do in the surrounding neighborhood and the light rail was 10 minute walk away to get anywhere else. Apartment was clean and check-in was easy!
Nice sized efficiency with a much needed gas fireplace to take the edge off record Seattle cold weather. Close to family we were visiting and nicely situated for us. Nice to have the underground garage space and very close to the grocery store.

Seattle in the Spring
The loft was nicely maintained and provided the amenities needed for an intensive 4-day sightseeing trip to the City. The location was central to everything, and having a supermarket nearby was a blessing. While the area was experiencing a lot of construction, the loft was a quiet oasis when we were "home" after visiting the sites around town. Having a dedicated and secure parking spot was also very nice - parking is a chore in the City! Thank you a pleasant stay.
The location was excellent for our family. Well appointed. Could use a small table for eating. The counter for eating was tight. The only other issue was that the wifi was spotty. There were days when we had to rebooted 6-10 times. Basically we were very happy and would stay there again.

Location was nice everything could be be a walking distance or take a bus ride if you know the lay out or Uber if your into that kind of rides.
Parking in downtown is hard no easy parking if you come from a place where there is easy parking this place will get you stressed out.
FYI. Leave courtesy coffee for your guest I bet they would appreciate it very much.

We arrived at the property at 9:30, safely before the 10:00 cutoff, but when we followed the instructions at the callbox to get into the building, we only got voicemail. I received a call back and text an hour later, after we had thankfully managed to get in. The property itself was very nice except that the bed had only a sheet and thin bedspread and there was no extra blanket or comforter to be found. For November in Seattle in a place with concrete floors, it made things pretty chilly. Also, I received about 20 emails and texts from Orbitz, VRBO, and Vacasa for this single reservation, most of which were needless to say repetitive, unnecessary and annoying. While this might not be directly the property’s fault, I assume it has something to do with listing through multiple services.

Great Location and Clean Apartment!
This is large Studio apartment in a very safe and walkable part of town. There was plenty to do in the surrounding neighborhood and the light rail was 10 minute walk away to get anywhere else. Apartment was clean and check-in was easy!
We've stayed here before and really enjoy this apartment and parking spot. The only complaint I have is the toilet paper and paper towels were really thin and cheapy and not what you would expect in a nice place to stay.

Good location for all the activities and locations we planned to see. Quiet at night.
Check in process was not very easy at least for us. However, I was able to get in contact with someone right away and figured it out. Condo is very clean, fully stocked with all amenities and was exactly how it was listed Walking distance to a lot of places. I would definitely recommend!
We needed some extra space close to the center of the city, and this property was perfect. It was clean spacious, and in a great location

Great Apartment
This was the perfect apartment for my stay. The room naturally was on the warmer side but the AC unit inside was great at keeping the place cool. I did have a questionable experience with the property management group that may prevent me from booking with them in the future. Hopefully they can work on their internal communication so others don’t experience the same issue.
