"Exceptionally helpful staff. Fabulous location. The only thing we would have wanted different are the light switches. If you go to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, you wind up putting on the light in the bedroom Very strange- and should be addressed."

"The.propery is dated and undergoing renovation. That said, the renos had no impact and the rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. Great location near action at Queen St. Definitely a tourist area, lots of pubs, bars, restaurants, etc. We had.l breakfast there and highly recommend it - good for price. Pool under construction. Self serve coin operated laundry available. Would recommend - good hotel for price. Front desk staff helpful!!"
