This hotel had a key card that you inserted and pulled out quickly, then you can move the handle. Other hotels you leave the card in to work the handle. Some you just need to hold it up to the reader on the handle. This would save traveling patrons frustration after a long drive. We encountered another couple trying to get the keycard to work and showed them how to do it after we had the front desk show us. But my husband had to go back to the front desk twice to get the card to work and then the front desk clerk came up with him to do it and we realized that we were doing it wrong. The bathrooms in both rooms had stuff in the walls and floors weren’t as clean as they should have been and no I don’t mean stains that are there for good. Just gross. The bed skirts were filthy. If I hadn’t already been driving for 20 hrs I wouldn’t have stayed here. "
