Our suite was spotless, beautifully designed and decorated. The bed was very comfortable as well as the sofa. The flowers and tropical trees were so pretty, and the restaurant attached, Teya, had delicious food and friendly staff. I cannot recommend this hotel more. Lots of food and shopping in walking distance. This hotel is beautiful inside and out!

We lost hot water for one night, but they fixed right away! Very friendly and helpful staff.

We have traveled extensively; this place was one of the most incredible in all our travels. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the staff was kind, helpful, and friendly. We will be back and have recommended this place to many others.

This place is like stepping back in time, but with all the updated facilities and services. It truly is beautiful. We will definity go back.

Stayed here on honeymoon. Rented a car and explored the Yucatan using the Hacienda as a base. Wonderful property, the casitas maya are excellent, and the food at the restaurant (especially breakfast) is the best of what the region has to offer. The staff are discrete, almost entirely out of site but quickly in the room to clean up once you leave for dinner, etc. Great place.

Was excellent in all . Atmosphere, attention , closed to the Merida center . Only problem there no restaurant to eat . Just for breakfast that is amazing also .

We loved Merida and Luz en Yucantan hotel. Our party of four utilized three different rooms over four nights. The room La Puesta del Sol room was noisy at night due to music from the park a block away even on week nights. Both La Perla and La Sombra rooms faced the pool and were quiet at night. The former had a large patio in front with table and chairs. All beds were comfortable, showers had hot water and the breakfasts were delectable. We were served coffee, a small pastry, juice, a bowl of...

We had to leave our Airbnb early due to excessive noise and ended up here. This place is sooo quiet. The room: layout was spacious and well thought out with a comfy bed. There were some complaints in the reviews of the shower not getting hot. We initially thought we had that problem too but after at least 2 minutes of letting the water run it turned hot. My suggestion, leave the handle right in the middle of hot and cold and let it run. That may help. The rooftop swimming pool/Fitness...

Most of the staff were bilingual so it was very easy to communicate. And when they couldnt, they found staff that could understand english.

Excelente hotel, lo recomiendo!

Big and affordable apartment, excellent and friendly staff who are eager to serve you. Very convenient location with plenty of parking space.

This hotel is amazong and freindly

We were in Merida for eight days and we LOVED this hotel! It was small, well-kept and very clean. The staff was extremely helpful. The location was perfect about 6 blocks north of the Plaza. Down the street from the hotel was the Negrita Cantina; a must-visit place. We'll definitely be staying at Koox Casa de las Palomas again on our next visit!

Room was great

The Hotel Haciendo was our perfect oasis from the heat and pace of spending the day exploring Merida. The service was truly impeccable, and having breakfast available every morning was a great and delicious way to start the day. We would absolutely stay here again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are great, the public areas are airy and spacious and covered in lush greenery. The restaurant was good too - I especially enjoyed the flank steak. At the weekend this is a perfect spot - the Mexican Nights musical program takes place right outside the hotel so you have a ringside seat. Then on Sundays you can stroll the Paseo Montejo just up the road - it is closed for traffic on Sunday morning so families are out on their bikes. There is great...

I picked this hotel since it was located close to my family's house. I am so glad I did because this hotel put a ton of American hotels to shame with how clean, quiet, easily located from the street and nice it was. The price was also very reasonable for how large the room was. The security was also very good at this hotel when my dad was trying to come up to our room to pick us up they made him wait until they called my room to verify who he was. Free breakfast was available but I did not eat....

Great location, everyone very friendly and helpful A great resort like this should not be charging for coffee cartridges in our room- rather tacky!
