Our apartment (No 236 on 3rd floor at the rear building) was very spacious and very clean; was redecorated recently, in a very cozy way; it afforded us a beautiful, 270-degrees, panoramic view of the surrounding area plus it shielded us from any noise emanating from the main street at the front of the hotel. "The hotel is dated and in need of a refurbishment,it has not altered in five years. Other hotels in protaras have been updated but not this one yet. The food was average occasionally the evening meal was excellent but not very often. The staff tried their best but they didn’t seem very happy."

"Had an excellent stay, the manager Michael was brillant and always around for a friendly chat, the head of house keeping was brilliant, she couldnt do enogh and the cleansers are great too, Jeremie the bar was was great and so entertaining, always polite and always made everyone feel welcome, will definitely be returning and can't wait, i give this hotel 10 stars 😀 😊 "
