"We really enjoyed our stay at Napa Mermaid Hotel & Suites. Everything was great — the breakfast was delicious, the rooms were very comfortable, and the hotel is perfectly located, close to the beach and the town center. The only small issue was the mattress, which felt a bit too soft or maybe a bit old. Apart from that, everything else was excellent — a solid 5 out of 5 experience!"

"This was not our first stay at Capo Bay Hotel and once again we were not disappointed. The hotel itself is fantastic and the beach out the back has to be one the best on the island. The staff are all very helpful, speak many languages and are always friendly and happy. We would like to make particular mention of three employees who each made our stay that much more special. Eleni at the reception desk is the is the first person customers interact with and she does not disappoint with her kind friendly helpful manner. Andreas in the breakfast room makes the best Cypriot coffee hands down and was always keen to make one for us each morning. Finally Costa who works in the pool area is another who has a great sense of customer service and went out of his way to help. We stayed at a total of 12 hotels during our trip and Capo Bay was the standout. "

"I have been to the hotel many times. The best place in Cyprus. Right on a beautiful beach with more than enough beach chairs and umbrellas (belong to the hotel and you can even make a reservation of your favorite place if you wish for the whole length of your stay). Staff is above any expectations. The place is quiet, decent and welcoming as I only saw at other 5 star resorts. "
