"Beautiful house. Everything you need is there. The place where you can eat outside is an ideal spot, it is always pleasant there even in very hot weather. We really recommended this house. Owners are very friendly. Only point to take into account is that you always have to drive a long way for groceries or excursions."

"We went to Licciana Nardi for a family wedding. Our group of 12 family members (aunts, uncles, cousins, etc) rented this home to stay close to the venue. We loved it! The pool was amazing. The views are fantastic. The owners were responsive to questions and the caretakers explained everything about the house. Very smooth process. Highly recommend!!!"

"Our group vacation was to reconnect five lifelong girlfriends. We brought our friends and families together too and the trip was magical. The villa is even more gorgeous in person. The landscaping, replete with natural beauty, is comfortable and inviting- flowers, herb and vegetable gardens, grape vines, and ponds with fish and frogs. "We really enjoyed our stay up in the hills with great views and very secluded from the world. The dirt track road to the property was a little challenging in our vehicle, so recommend stocking up on supplies to minimise the journeys in and out (or could just be my driving capabilities 😂) this suited us fine! Communications with the owners was great, they were on hand if needed. Also, the owners have delicious honey that you can buy!"

"We had a wonderful week in Bagnone. The house is exactly as photos, very clean and comfortable, best weeks sleep we have had in years. The stairs in the house and garden are quite steep and of uneven heights so not for young or old or limited mobility. The owners left very comprehensive information manuals.
